So, I started to learn DOTA from my husband. He loves to play Medusa so when he taught me for the first time, he chose Medusa, the Gorgon as my hero. She`s an agility hero which can split her shot into 4 arrows at a time. She can also protect herself from damage by her mana shield which decrease mana instead of hp when hit by an enemy. She can send her mystic snake to damage all her opponents on the other side and steal energy from them, mystic snake will return to her and replenish her mana. Her ultimate skill is the stone gaze in which will turn all enemy unit gazing at her into stone.
Though Medusa is a very good hero for my husband to play, I really suck at it. She has a very low hp and when using mana shield all her mana will be consumed by the hit and since she is not and intelligent hero, she has very slow mana replenishment, this left me with nothing to use for either her mystic snake or stone gaze. So instead my husband suggested me to use another hero.
